Randi Seitz, the owner of Bodacious Blinds, had the dream of being a business owner and Entrepreneur. She wanted to love the business, not just run a business she didn’t have a passion for. When she got into the window covering industry 3 or so years ago, she knew right away, she loved it. "I felt the business was missing something though, it was missing the passion and the service. I didn’t want my customers to feel like they were “just a sale”. Because that’s not what they are! I wanted to make sure we had processes in place for a great overall experience." says Randi.
The favourite part about what she does every day is working with people. "Everyone has their own unique needs and style and I get to help them choose something that stays with them for years. How cool is it that people invite me into their home to help them in this process? The second best thing is I get to have this experience with my love of my life Steve."
Steve is the Superman and glue to this company, Steve is an industrial Electrician but also their amazing installer. Some people may think they are crazy while living and working together but Randi & Steve believe they are lucky. Lucky that they can have this experience together.
Steve grew up on a farm in small-town Saskatchewan, he grew up wanting to be a Veterinarian but quickly changed his path when he realized working with his hands' building and fixing things around the farm was what he really loved to do. Steve has been a journeyman Electrician for 11 years now. Steve supported and was excited about the thought of owning this new endeavour.
