Get Well & Glow With Mango
Nourish yourself from the inside out with delicious get-well beauty foods like mangos. Mangos are high in Vitamin C, which is integral for collagen formation in your skin, wound healing, immune function and fighting off damaging free radicals. You only need one cup of mango to give you 100 per cent of the recommended minimum intake of Vitamin C for your day. Mango is also an excellent source of Vitamin A, a nutrient that is also a powerful antioxidant, important for immune function and helps to maintain healthy glowing skin.
Eat this feel-good food that provides important nutrients needed for proper brain function — folate and Vitamin B6. Mangoes can be used in a variety of dishes, from breakfast to snacks and desserts, to main courses. Try them in this summer-fresh salad for a boost of health and beauty benefits for the entire family!
